A while back I purchased the entire series of the Dick Van Dyke Show on Blu-ray. Among all the things this show has going for it, I think this wisecracker might be my favorite.

Not really happy with the outcome, but happy to test some new pen nibs!

Believe it or not, cartoons have been on my mind this past week. I’ve got a pretty solid story for my graphic novel, and I’d love for you to harass me about finishing it sometime this decade. This pair of drawings was just a test for one element of the story: an entertainer during his carefree youth, and his disgruntled final years.

That’s right, I’m using “mind mapping” software to lay out a new graphic novel/serial webcomic. Knowing me, look for it in 2043. Fancy blur cuz I don’t want you to see any spoilers before then.
